Travelex £10 Tickets in the Olivier: Melly Still directs Thomas Middleton's THE REVENGER'S TRAGEDY, with Rory Kinnear as Vindice. A new play by Rebecca Lenkiewicz, HER NAKED SKIN, is directed by Howard Davies. AFTERLIFE by Michael Frayn premieres in the Lyttelton, directed by Michael Blakemore; Roger Allam plays Max Reinhardt. Katie Mitchell directs …some trace of her, inspired by Dostoevsky's The Idiot, with a company including Ben Whishaw. Lee Hall's THE PITMEN PAINTERS opens at the Cottesloe direct from Live Theatre, Newcastle. 6pm shows: Corin Redgrave in Oscar Wilde's DE PROFUNDIS; Simon Russell Beale and Clare Higgins in Harold Pinter's A SLIGHT ACHE. News | OFFICIAL RELEASE FOR THE 'SHERRY'
London, April 22 – Dominic Dromgoole, Artistic Director of the Globe Theatre, won the inaugural Sheridan Morley Prize for theatre biography for his book Will and Me: How Shakespeare Took over My Life. The prize, which carries a £2,000 cash award, was presented by the Chairperson of the Jury, Ruth Leon, at a ceremony today at the Garrick Club. Will and Me was published in 2007 by Penguin in the UK, and by Pegasus in the US. [more]

Anthony Page's production of Ibsen's Rosmersholm runs at the Almeida Theatre from 15 May - 5 July, with press night on 22 May 2008. In a new version by Mike Poulton, set designs are by Hildegard Bechtler, lighting is by Peter Mumford and sound by Gareth Fry. Rosmersholm is sponsored by Hydro who previously sponsored the Almeida's reopening production of The Lady From The Sea as well as Hedda Gabler in 2005. [more]
